In 2014 Mariah Carey covered George Michael's 'One More Try' and George thanked her on Twitter for doing such a beautiful rendition. The pair were close friends and, following his funeral on Wednesday, Mariah, 47, decided to share the special tribute to him, which was recorded during her performance at the Dubai Jazz Festival in February.
Before she began the 1987 track, she told the crowd: ‘In honour of him. This is George Michael and one of his greatest records. I always loved it, I always loved him. He was a really great person."
