Tina Turner's Children Living Drastically Different Lives After Her Death

  • Tina Turner's severe disease cost her her life, and she never met her grandchildren or great-grandchildren. Her $250 million wealth is uncertain if her children or her younger husband will receive it.
  • Ike Turner Sr. later adopted Craig Raymond Turner, Tina's eldest son, who was born to Raymond Hill and Tina Turner. On July 3, 2018, multiple reports confirmed that Craig died by suicide.
  • Turner was a stepmother to Ike’s children, Ike Turner Jr. and Michael Turner, and she had a son with Ike, Ronnie Turner, who had drug-related and legal difficulties as a young adult, so Tina cut off financial support.
  • In March 2007, Ronnie Turner married French singer Afida Turner. He died of colon cancer at the age of 62 in December 2022.
  • Turner wrote in her 1986 autobiography, “I, Tina,” that she had become 'a little bit estranged' from most of her children, except Craig. In October 1989, she told Australia's TV Week, "I am still there for the boys, but I am not going to let them use me."
