Carnaval San Francisco is happening Saturday, May 25th and Sunday, May 26th in San Francisco's Mission District.

Christina and Cee Lo Return

I'm so bummed! I really enjoyed The Voice with Usher and Shakira. I like them more than Christina and C-Lo!

 I didn't watch Idol this season. I got hooked on The Voice! It looks like The Voice will be returning to the original judging line-up.  According to The Wrap, Christina Aguilera will reportedly get $12.5 million for season 5, that's less than the $17 million she got for season 3. Negotiations are still underway with Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. I say keep Usher and Shakira!!!

I'm not surprised at all!

Lindsay Lohan is determined to leave The Betty Ford Center for greener pastures but TMZ has learned prosecutors are having none of it.

TMZ broke the story ... Betty Ford doctors have cut Lindsay off from her Adderall, which she has always said was a deal breaker.  Sources connected to Lindsay tell us she's going "crazy" and is desperate to move to another facility.

We're told Lindsay has researched other facilities and found one on the west coast which she believes is suitable to complete her 90 days.  She wants to move ASAP.

Lindsay is saying she believes Betty Ford is "old school" and is not sensitive to the problems of young people.

But law enforcement sources tell us that prosecutors are "unbending" and they will NOT approve any move. As one source put it, "She had 45 days to find a suitable place.  She didn't listen to her people and just did what she wanted so it's her problem now."  The source adds, "Not gonna happen."

Lindsay Lohan is in BIG TROUBLE ... She's thumbing her nose at  prosecutors and flying to California presumably to enter a rehab facility that is not part of her plea deal.

Sources familiar with the situation tells TMZ that Lindsay is about to board a private jet in NYC. 

TMZ broke the story that Lindsay's lawyer and prosecutors agreed she would enter the Seafield Center rehab facility in Westhampton Beach, New York.  She's required to show up by in the morning.

But Lindsay was freaked out because Seafield won't allow her to smoke.  We're told she may be headed for Morningside Recovery in Newport  Beach, CA. which does allow smoking.

The problem is prosecutors did NOT sign off on Morningside.  We've also learned NO ONE from Lindsay's camp has contacted either the L.A. City Attorney or the Santa Monica City Attorney to get the change of plans approved.

In short by not entering Seafield Lindsay has violated her plea deal.  Lindsay's lawyers are in court tomorrow along with prosecutors, where her attorneys are required to show proof of enrollment in Seafield.  It's a good bet the  judge is going to be pissed, and a better bet prosecutors will be  pissed.

If the judge believes Lindsay has violated the deal, he can throw her in jail for 90 days.
